Mr. Peralta, of the Philippines, is presently the Secretary General of the Association of Development Financing Institutions in Asia and the Pacific (ADFIAP), which acts as the focal point for 131 development banks and other financial institutions engaged in sustainable development financing in 45 countries and territories in the Asia-Pacific region. ADFIAP is a non-profit, non-governmental organization in consultative status with the United Nation’s Economic and Social Council. He was the Secretary General of the World Federation of Development Finance Institutions (WFDFI), from January 2010 to December 2012. WFDFI is an umbrella organization of 328 development banks in 154 countries in Africa, Asia-Pacific, Latin America and the Middle East.
Mr. Peralta has extensive international exposure, having worked on various capacity-building programs and training events with multilateral development organizations and acted as a resource person on sustainable development banking and finance in many meetings and conferences. Mr. Wen is a three-term Deputy of the PRC National People's Congress. He is a Justice of the Peace and was also awarded the Bronze Bauhinia Star (BBS) by the HKSAR Government. Mr. Wen is Senior Adviser and former Vice-Chairman of the Democratic Alliance for the Betterment and Progress of Hong Kong (DAB), the largest political party in Hong Kong, and also holds leadership positions in various organizations such as the Pacific Basin Economic Council and the China Africa Business Council of Hong Kong.

Earlier, he served as Director of Lankaputhra Development Bank, SME Bank, and Sri Lanka Tourist Board. He was President of the Sri Lanka Chamber of Small Industry, and the American Alumni Association.
Working with federal agencies and commercial organizations, he has served as a catalyst to encourage SMEs development. He has 37 years experience in import/export and manufacturing.

DR. MICHAEL YEOH is a public intellectual, social entrepreneur and thought leader with over 30 years of boardroom, corporate management and international experience. He is Co-founder, Director and Chief Executive Officer of The Asian Strategy & Leadership Institute (better known as ASLI), and the Centre for Public Policy Studies (CPPS) globally ranked as one of the top Think Tanks in the Asia-Pacific region. Dr. Yeoh had served on the boards of public-listed companies involved in property development, food manufacturing, banking and financial services, education and healthcare. Dr. Yeoh is also President of the Invest Asia Foundation which promotes closer links between US Europe and Asia and investments into social enterprises in Asia to help achieve the UN SDGs. He is also Group Adviser to the Aladdin Group, the world’s fastest growing e-commerce company valued at USD400 million.
His international and regional experience included been a Member of the 10-member ASEAN High Level Task Force on Connectivity, appointed by the ASEAN Heads of Government, as well as been Chairman of the ASEAN Leadership Forum, the World Chinese Economic Forum and Secretary General of the World Muslim Leadership Forum and ASEAN Business Forum. He has spoken at the World Economic Forum and is a Fellow of the UK Institute of Directors and Member of the International Institute of Strategic Studies (IISS), London. With a strong interest in Human Rights and Competition Policy, he was a former Commissioner in Malaysia’s Human Rights Commission and Competition Commission and is a Member of the Advisory Board of the Anti-Corruption Commission.

George Yuen is currently an independent Non-Executive Director of the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Asia), which is an international flagship operation of ICBC, the world's largest bank in terms of market capitalization. Mr. Yuen has held the board directorship since 2003.
He is also a member of the Court of the University of Hong Kong and a fellow of the Center for Social Innovation from Stanford University, USA.
Mr. Yuen is active in social services in the non-profit sector; he is a co-founder and vice-chairman of the Hong Kong Society for the Aged, the largest organization serving the elderly in Hong Kong. Besides, Mr. Yuen had been the Chief Executive of the Better Hong Kong Foundation, a leading non-partisan, non-governmental organization dedicated to the promotion of Hong Kong in Asia Pacific and beyond.
Prior to joining the Foundation, Mr. Yuen was a directorate member of the Hong Kong Information Services Department, where he led the government's overseas public relations programs; he served the government for 25 years. Previously, Mr. Yuen held a marketing management position at Nestlé’s.
Mr. Yuen obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Hong Kong and received his postgraduate education in International Management and Public Administration at Harvard, INSEAD, Oxford and Stanford, throughout his career.
Yuen is also on the Board Director of Visteon Corporation, which is a leading global automotive supplier and manufacturer, listed on the New York Stock Exchange, and a Fortune 300 company with operations in 30 countries employing 55000 people.
